01 — Overview

Our approach to returns

Xeamova does not currently operate a general return-within-a-fixed-number-of-days policy. Instead, we focus on resolving specific order problems fairly and efficiently.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or an item with a significant defect, please contact us so we can review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Important

Every order issue is reviewed based on the circumstances of the order, the product and the information provided by the customer.

02 — Order Cancellation

Cancelling an order

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Before dispatch

You can contact us to request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact support as soon as possible if you need assistance.

03 — Refunds

Refunds for cancelled or failed orders

Where an eligible order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled after payment has been made, the applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the transaction.

Cancelled orders

Eligible paid orders that are successfully cancelled may be refunded.

Failed orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will review the transaction for an applicable refund.

Refund timing can depend on the payment method and the payment provider used for the transaction.

04 — Order Issues

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If your order arrives with a problem, contact Xeamova support as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Wrong item

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact support for assistance.

Damaged item

If an item arrives damaged, provide details and any useful evidence so the issue can be reviewed.

Defective item

If a product has a significant defect, contact support so we can review the situation and available resolution.

How to report an order problem

When contacting support, provide enough information for us to identify the order and understand the issue.

Identify your order

Provide your order number or other relevant order details.

Explain the issue

Tell us whether the item is wrong, damaged, defective or otherwise different from what you expected.

Provide supporting evidence

Where useful, provide photographs or other information showing the problem.

Wait for review

Our team will review the order and communicate the available resolution.

06 — General Returns

No fixed return window

Xeamova does not currently provide a general return policy based solely on changing your mind or requesting a return within a fixed number of days.

Specific products or sellers may have additional requirements or conditions. Where such conditions apply, they may be communicated on the relevant product or order information.
